Bandera Bank has engaged technology experts to ensure that
it has state of the art technology to protect your information
and transactions, keeping them private and secure as
you us the institution's Internet banking system. Through
the institution's Internet banking system, you may conduct
banking transactions, and communicate with
the institution. Accounts cannot be accessed unless
you enter your secure user ID and password. All Internet
banking system sessions will automatically log off after
15 minutes of inactivity. Access to the Internet banking
system can only be from a browser that supports 128-bit
encryption or higher, for your protection. You may further
assist in keeping your information confidential by protecting
your user ID and password and by signing off from the
Internet banking systems immediately after each use.
To provide better security, Bandera Bank may use
cookies as part of its Internet connection with you.
"Cookies" are small text files placed on your
hard drive by some web servers and can only be read
by the server that sent the cookie. Cookies cannot be
used to access information on the hard drive or activities
on other web sessions. The institution's web server
creates a cookie to facilitate Internet banking activity
for each session. The cookie stores certain customer
information while the session is in process; however,
the institution does not collect information through
the use of cookies. As soon as the session is ended,
the cookies are automatically removed and does not remain
on your computer.
