At Bandera Bank, the health and well-being of our customers and community is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers as the situation evolves.

We strongly encourage you to use Bandera Bank’s ATM and Online Resources during this time. You can access your accounts online or by using the Bandera Bank Mobile Banking app at your convenience. From there, you can make payments, view transactions, check balances and more. It is easier and faster to manage your account digitally; especially given call wait times may be longer than usual.  Our night drop is available and is being checked several times a day.  Our drive-in facilities will be operational before the end of March for your convenience, as well.

We will continue to provide you with information that we receive from the CDC and other governmental agencies. You may also choose to visit the CDC website, www.cdc.gov, for details and FAQ's on coronavirus.
